Can I get a job in medical ultrasound in Australia if I do an Ultrasound Training Solutions course?

No. Ultrasound Training Solutions courses have been designed to provide medical specialist doctors from around the world with high quality theoretical knowledge and practical scanning skills that can be immediately employed at the point of care.

Ultrasound Training Solutions courses do not provide you with the qualifications necessary to practise as a sonographer in Australia. In order to practise as a sonographer in Australia you must attain the post-graduate Diploma of Medical Ultrasound.

Does attending an Ultrasound Training Solutions course contribute towards attaining accreditation as a sonographer in Australia?

No. Australian universities that offer medical ultrasound training courses will not recognise the skills and knowledge gained through attendance at one of our courses for the purposes of gaining entry into a post-graduate Diploma of Medical Ultrasound.
