The term “you” and “your” refers to the customer visiting the website, utilising services through the website and/or contributing content on the website.

These terms of use, along with our Privacy Policy and other notices on the website, form the basis on which you may access and use the website.

We reserve the right to change any or all of our terms of use and/or other conditions for using our website at any time by publishing the new terms or conditions on our website. Your use of the website constitutes your acceptance of those terms.

Members’ access

Access to ‘Members’ only’ sections of the website is restricted to paying customers of Zedu and/or other persons authorised by Zedu.

Where you are given access to the ‘Members only’ section of the website, you will be given a unique login and password that identifies you (“Member Identification Information”). It is your sole responsibility to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Member Identification Information and you accept all responsibility for all activities that occur in connection with your Member Identification Information.

Zedu reserves the right to vary the goods and services available in the ‘Members only’ section of the website and/or to suspend access to the Members’ only area of the website at any time.

Zedu may terminate or restrict a member’s access to the ‘Members’ only’ section of the website if, in Zedu’s sole opinion, the member does not adequately protect the Member Identification Information or if the member’s Zedu membership is suspended or ceases. Further, Zedu reserves the right to refuse use of any and all functions of this website by Members should, in the opinion of the Directors, a Members actions or inactions may or will reasonably lead to the individual member bringing the profession into disrepute.
