Zedu Weekly Wrap – 15 December 2023
The time has come…
to pack up the systems, put the probes safely to bed, turn off the gel warmers and hit the beach. Everyone here is ready to relax and reflect on a mega year – for me there’s a small issue around having not done the present shopping yet…but hey these things are always best done under pressure! 🙂
2023 has been action packed – new courses, new tech and literally hundreds of new faces passing the threshold of ZeduHQ. The vibe around here created by each and every one of you has been electric – it really has been awesome, with the energy motivating us every day to be the best educators we can be.
To the Zedu Crew – what can we say but thank you. While each of you sometimes take for granted the ultrasound knowledge you possess, the difference that your teaching makes for everyone that comes along – and their patients – is immeasurable. We’ll never truly know the depth of impact we have had on individuals and families around the world.
And last – but not least – a huge thanks goes to the ultrasound system manufacturers that generously provide us with machines. Having the latest tech at ZeduHQ means we can deliver the world leading education on world leading equipment. You can’t ask for more than that.
This is the final Weekly Wrap for the year, and we’ll be returning with all the FOAMed we can collate on January 12.
Turning off the computer now – we’ll see you all bright and early from 8 January 2024 and do it all over again!!
Mike and Suean
P.S. – the ZeduHQ will be closed from Thursday 21 December, reopening Monday 8 January.

Many of us use #POCUS or #resusTEE during cardiac arrest to guide management: identify reversible causes, improve CPR quality (mainly TEE), but do you ever use it to identify occult VF or VT? If not, you could be missing VF in 12% of cases. A brief 🧵🫀#MedTwitter #foamed pic.twitter.com/BtYzK53yt4

This week’s @VaveHealth CMO vid is a bit delayed as I was traveling home from holiday & celebration of a friend’s life in France…but am thankful I was able to connect with the fabulous @gilliar_do virtually while there for this conversation on #POCUS #ultrasound in #MedEd. 1/2 pic.twitter.com/AxLWJnxci9
