Yes we do. We scan real people of all shapes, sizes and ages to develop your practical point of care scanning skills.
We have a range of point-of-care ultrasound systems commonly used in the critical care setting. We aim to have something similar to what you use daily in your clinical practice. We also have a range of handheld systems to test your point-of-care ultrasound skills. Our aim is that you are comfortable navigating any ultrasound machine you are presented with.
Ultrasound is a practical skill and as such it is really important to get as much hands-on scanning time as possible. Zedu’s educational activities are designed for small groups not exceeding four participants to one machine and tutor. All of our courses run with at least two-thirds of the time spent hands-on scanning. We ensure that every participant gets an even amount of hands-on scanning time to develop their critical care ultrasound skills.
