Zedu Weekly Wrap – 7 November 2025
With the Melbourne Cup run and won…

and Oasis leaving Melbourne fans wondering if they’ll ever share a stage again, it’s fair to say the city’s had its dose of spectacle and song this week.
But who says the fun has to stop there? At Zedu, we reckon ultrasound should be just as engaging – full of discovery, skill, and those lightbulb moments that make learning stick. We’re not rock’n’roll stars but hopefully after having been here with your new ultrasound skills you maybe gonna be the one that saves me… (puns intended!). Lets leave it there…
Highlighted articles this week include… 🚀✨
- Predicting neonatal RDS with fetal pulmonary artery Doppler: a diagnostic performance and ROC curve analysis (The Ultrasound Journal 7 November)
- Effects of long working hours on metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease, with and without increased alcohol intake, in healthy workers: a 10-year cohort study (PLOS One 6 November)
Metallica this weekend…may need a lie down…
See you next week.

Make 2026 your year of ultrasound and check out our range of
scheduled and one-on-one options that will get you scanning like a pro.
Plus – as the cultural capital of Australia – why not tie in a bit of training with a touch of AO tennis, speed through at the Melbourne GP or have a laugh at the International Comedy Festival.
If you know the value of protected learning time, secure your place early.
P.S. – don’t forget – if something doesn’t quite fit your learning objectives or availability we can design and deliver a program that meets your needs. Don’t tell everyone though – availability is limited.
