Zedu Weekly Wrap – 16 June 2023
The longest night is almost here…

which means after Thursday we’re on the run up to Spring! Happy days…
And as we run to the end of the financial year we’ve had a lot of calls about developing personalised and/or group programs, as well as bundling training with an ultrasound system. If you’d like to chat about your options before June 30 please give Mike a call on 0422538825 or email admin@ultrasoundtraining.com.au – happy to chat.
A short week this week, so we’ll keep it short 🙂
Highlights in the news week to look out for:
- the debate around the preferred disinfection method for transducers used in percutaneous procedures may be settled – check out the piece by @PetersPOCUS in JUM (13 June).
- a new study concludes that POCUS of the IJV to assess fluid status and right ventricular function is reliable @Gaurang_MD (11 June)
- check out the ever reliable @MH_EMultrasound – their latest ovideo on echo diagnosis and management of pericardial effusions (10 June)
That’s all for now – see you next week.
Suean and Mike
P.S. – the recording of the June Coaching Corner is available on the website now – Suean takes you through a 6 step method that’ll see your colour Doppler reds & blues pop.
P.P.S. Get the most out of your teaching moments – join our TRain the UltraSound Trainer (TRUST) course This isn’t a course on how to perform an ultrasound examination or use the technology – it’s designed to give you the teaching tools you’ll need to teach ultrasound on the run. In the words of a previous participant – it’s meta!
