Zedu Weekly Wrap – 17 March 2023
Had a bit of fun this week…

with 15.00 hrs Tuesday seeing us mark the geek in us all with Pi π Day (we had to take on North American dating conventions for the occassion). No actual pie unfortunately – a Tim Tam had to do. Nevertheless, chocolate took away the pain of Euler’s equations and all that other physics and pi related stuff – even if it did widen a circumference or two 🙂
Non food related highlights in this week’s wrap include a review of ultrasound in the ICU from @yourICM, the latest US Gel podcast covering diaphragmatic dysfunction from @pratsEM and a piece on IVC volume status ‘an intriguing promise never fulfilled’ by Di Nicolòin et al in @JCM_MDPI.
This and more is all linked for you below. Off to find some pie now…
See you next week.
Suean and Mike
P.S. – the recording of this month’s Coaching Corner on proximal DVT is available now free – this and other topics with some great tips and tricks can be viewed anytime here.
Get the most out of your teaching moments – join our TRain the UltraSound Trainer (TRUST) course This isn’t a course on how to perform an ultrasound examination or use the technology – it’s designed to give you the teaching tools you’ll need to teach ultrasound on the run. In the words of a previous participant – it’s meta!
