Zedu Weekly Wrap – 10 March 2023
We’re heading into a long weekend…

which will give our SonoSites, GEs, MindRays, Philips, EchoNous and Butterflies all a chance to cool down and recharge for a planned next few weeks of heavy training. Plus us of course!
In this edition of the weekly wrap we recommend checking out a piece by Grace Wanjiku (@gw_wanjiku) on the utility of hand-held ultrasound for image acquisition and interpretation by trained Kenyan providers, the latest video from @MH_EMultrasound tackling complications of ultrasound guided nerve blocks, and prospective study on Ultrasound Guided Parasternal Block for Perioperative Analgesia in Cardiac Surgery in The Journal of Clinical Medicine (@JCM_MDPI).
Plus our recording of this month’s Coaching Corner on proximal DVT is uploaded and available free – it’s proven hugely popular, maybe given it’s DVT awareness month. There’s some great tips and tricks in it – view it anytime here.
This and more – all worth checking out. And as always, if you have research, news, views or resources you’d like included in the weekly wrap please drop us a line – we are always up for an ultrasound chat.
See you recharged and ready next week.
Suean and Mike
Get the most out of your teaching moments – join our TRain the UltraSound Trainer (TRUST) course This isn’t a course on how to perform an ultrasound examination or use the technology – it’s designed to give you the teaching tools you’ll need to teach ultrasound on the run. In the words of a previous participant – it’s meta!
